We don’t see ourselves merely as a service provider, but as a long-term partner. Our goal is to create systems that support people and help organizations grow.

We believe that technology only has an impact when it is thought through systematically and implemented consistently. Atlassian tools are powerful—but their true value is realized only through clear strategies, defined processes, and empowered teams.
At MESKRU, the focus isn’t on the tool itself, but on the organization behind it. We view digital transformation as a continuous development process, not a one-time project. That’s why we prioritize sustainable structures over short-term solutions, governance over improvisation, and partnership over mere service provision.
Our goal is to reduce complexity and create clarity. We develop Atlassian environments that are transparent, scalable, and future-proof. In doing so, we combine strategic thinking with technical excellence—always with the aim of creating real value for companies and their teams.
We aim to be the most reliable Atlassian partner in the German-speaking world. Not the biggest, but the one companies trust when it really matters.
Our vision is a workplace where technology empowers rather than holds us back—where tools are used in a way that fits the organization, not the other way around. That’s exactly what we stand for.
Our mission is to make Atlassian truly usable in organizations. Not as a short-term implementation project, but as a sustainable foundation for better collaboration and more efficient processes.
We offer consulting, implementation, operations, and training all under one roof. Our goal: After every project, the environment is up and running. Teams are using it. And it will still be working two years from now.
MESKRU was founded by people who have been on the other side of the table themselves. We’ve managed Atlassian environments in large corporations and seen firsthand what happens when tools are implemented without a strategy.
What drives us are those moments when things really click: when a team says after a training session that Jira is finally working for them, or when a customer calls us two years later because they want to keep growing with us.
