The people behind MESKRU
Alexander Kruse and Manuel Mesmer founded MESKRU in 2023 with a clear conviction: Atlassian consulting must be rooted in practical experience. Alexander brings deep ITSM expertise from the corporate sector, while Manuel brings many years of experience in managing complex projects. Together, they cover the entire spectrum, from strategic consulting and structured project planning to ITSM implementation.
As co-CEOs, both share responsibility for the company, its clients, and its team. They are personally involved in projects and stand behind the quality that MESKRU delivers.

Our Journey to Date
September 2023 – Founding
Alexander Kruse and Manuel Mesmer founded MESKRU GmbH. Their vision: a specialized consulting firm focused exclusively on the Atlassian ecosystem. Drawing on their many years of experience in the Atlassian ecosystem, the two co-CEOs prioritized quality over breadth from the very beginning.
01March 2024 – First office in Essen
MESKRU is moving into its first office in the heart of Rüttenscheid at “heart to be” in Essen. This marks an important first step from a purely remote setup toward a physical home for the growing team.
02August 2024 – Second office in Munich
With its second location right next to the Theresienwiesen in Munich, MESKRU is strengthening its presence in the German-speaking region and is now represented in two of Germany’s most important economic hubs.
03September 2024 – First employee
The team is growing: The first employee has joined MESKRU and is actively supporting the founders in implementing an increasing number of client projects.
04May 2025 – Atlassian Solution Partner
MESKRU has been granted official status as an Atlassian Solution Partner, thereby underscoring the quality and professionalism of its consulting services to clients and the market.
05September 2025 – Atlassian Gold Partner
Just four months later, the next milestone follows: MESKRU becomes an Atlassian Gold Partner. This distinction reflects the company’s consistent growth and high customer satisfaction.
06December 2025 – Team grows to 8 employees
By the end of its second fiscal year, MESKRU already had eight employees. The team of experienced Atlassian experts lays the groundwork for further ambitious client projects.
07March 2026 – Atlassian Specialization JSM
MESKRU has earned the official Atlassian specialization for Jira Service Management in the EMEA region, thereby establishing itself as one of the leading JSM specialists in German-speaking countries.
